Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Candidate shall be self-motivated, demonstrate a strong work ethic, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have robust interpersonal skills, exhibit strong organization skills, be detail oriented and proficiently multitask while performing the following responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and emails. Provide prompt, accurate, and complete information regarding principal and/or customer inquiries. If required, engage Sales Engineers for additional support and guidance.
Review principal’s sales reports, including daily sales reports, open order reports, and invoice reports for correctness.
Enter applicable sales and ordering information into company Access database to track company revenue (i.e. company commissions) for each principal.
Respond to internal and external customer requests, such as material quotes, sales order acknowledgements, purchase orders, shipping information, service bulletins, etc.
Perform commission research when discrepancies are found between company and principal sales records.
Support principal and company-related work processes for the purposes of quoting, processing purchase orders, return merchandise authorizations, sales orders, and shipping information.
When required, attend principal and company-related meetings and training sessions.
Other duties as assigned (may include administration support for Officers, Human Resources tasks, inside sales support, etc.).
Associates Degree or a High School Diploma with 8 years of commensurate experience in a professional work environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and Access a plus). The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous history of:
Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.

Any prior database or programming experience
Electric Utility or Supply experience
ERP or CRM tool experience
Experience in a technical sales environment
Need is immediate.
Full-time, salary (40hrs/week)
Preferred work location: Bellows Falls, VT (remote considered).
Travel Requirements: infrequent and domestic.
Compensation: Market value “plus” (qualification based), paid vacation/sick and 401K w/match.
